Born in the immediate post-war period as a business manufacturing gaskets and graphite-impregnated seals, POSA diversified into the rubber sector, which soon became its initially driving and later exclusive sector. Over the years, the plant was equipped with increasingly cutting-edge systems and advanced processing methods enabling to obtain high-tech top-quality and extremely specialized products.

With the development of silicone applications, POSA became Italy's leading manufacturer of extruded items in this material, setting up new production units and strengthening the existing ones. Because of the concentration of production aimed at facing the new challenges of the global market, the facility at Bottanuco focuses entirely on silicone elastomers, while the Brugherio plant deals with the manufacturing of moulded or drawn organic rubber products with additional autoclave vulcanization.

The result of our commitment is the spreading of our product throughout Europe's main countries: at POSA, we have a ready response to our customers' problems in any field and for any application.
